Services

Holy Communion each Sunday at 9.00am

This service is without music and includes a short sermon. The liturgy alternates each week between the Book of Common Prayer and Common Worship.

Stepping Stones on the first Sunday of each month at 10.30am

We welcome all ages to these special services, usually accompanied by the Orchestra. At one point in the service the many children who come take part in a separate activity in the Old School Rooms, while the adults listen to the sermon. The service usually finishes by 11.30am followed by coffee and soft drinks at the back of the church.

Morning Family Worship each Sunday at 10.30am
(except first Sunday of every month)

A full range of children’s teaching activities (Surfers) are held nearby in the Old School Rooms during the service, which has Holy Communion on the fourth Sunday of every month.

Evening Worship at 6.30pm

Takes the form of Holy Communion on the second Sunday, and Evening Prayer on the other Sunday evenings. Evening Prayer takes on a special individual style on each fourth Sunday.

The sermon series is planned in advance and follows themes which are published in the Calendar.
Most sermons are recorded, please ask at the Church Office for a copy on CD

Special Festival Services at Easter, Harvest and Christmas reflect the wonder of these seasons.
