The pattern of Sunday Worship follows a regular monthly cycle, and full use is made of the flexibility provided in the new anglican Common Worship texts.
There is a service of Holy Communion each Sunday at 9.00am, without music, and with a short sermon. The liturgy alternates each week between the Book of Common Prayer and Common Worship.
At 10.30am on the first Sunday of each month we welcome all ages to a special service called Stepping Stones, usually accompanied by the Orchestra. At one point in the service the many children who come take part in a special separate activity in the Chancel area of the church while the adults listen to the sermon. The service usually finishes by 11.20am, followed by coffee and soft drinks at the back of the church. There is often a Baptism during this service.
At 10.30am on the other Sundays a full range of children’s teaching activities (Surfers) are held nearby in the Old School Rooms during the service, which is of Holy Communion on the fourth Sunday.
Worship at 6.30pm takes the form of Holy Communion on the second Sunday, and Evening Prayer on the other Sunday evenings.
The sermon series is planned in advance and follows themes which are published in the Calendar and on this page.
Special Festival Services at Easter, Harvest and Christmas reflect the wonder of these seasons.

They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to prayer. Acts 2:42
